About the blogs

BERLINIPPON.COM is part of a blog media network that also includes PARISNIPPON.COM, LONDONIPPON.COM AND NEWYORKNIPPON.COM. The blogs are currently in an experimental phase, where we are developing content, formats, ideas and an international editorial staff on the fly. The blogs are updated weekly and are supported by a full portfolio of associated social media on Facebook, Twitter, Google+, Instagram, Vine and YouTube. We are also developing social presence on the LINE, Snapchat and Tumblr platforms.

About our partners

The blogs are published independently as non profit projects. We are currently seeking commercial and strategic partners including brands, content providers and organizations. The blogs will feature only relevant posts from partners that fit in the concept. They are Japanese brands and international brands or local businesses that want to be associated with the Japan master brand and the citybranding of our selected cities in Berlin, Paris, London and New York City.

About the advertorials

We have developed a unique advertorial format for brands. We can post the ad content as provided material or as originally produced content (interviews, photo essays, video segments, etc.). We cross post the advertorials on the blog network including strategic buzzing on social media and tactical boosting on Facebook, Twitter and Google. We have created unique audiences on Facebook for stealth targeting. Here is an example of an advertorial. Please contact us for a sweet deal. Coming soon

We are currently working on tons of new ideas for the project. They include our own, weekly manga cartoon, original poetry and essays, storified photo essays and even a web TV show. We are also getting ready to launch our own annual party, sake and shōchū tastings, chamber music concerts and a Japanese mini movie festival during the Berlinale. The blogs do NOT offer standard ad banners, pop ups, pre-rolls or sponsored keywords. We do not believe in these formats. We are 100% dedicated to relevant quality content marketing.
